show caller
Single-hand show calling, built for live shows that don't pause.
The Show Caller is CueHound's hero operator surface — a fullscreen, true-black-OLED-friendly interface for the human who calls "GO" on every cue. Giant 144-pixel JetBrains-Mono timer that turns warn-amber the moment a segment overruns. ACTIVE / NEXT cards big enough to read across a control room. Cue strip with status pills. Single-hand hotkeys locked from the spec: Space = GO, S = standby, M = message-to-talent, arrow keys to navigate. Stream Deck hardware GO via the Bitfocus Companion module is always available as a fallback.
What you get
- · Fullscreen Show Mode interface — true-black background, maximum contrast.
- · 144px monospace timer with overrun-amber colour shift.

- · Single-hand hotkeys for true one-handed operation under pressure.
- · Stream Deck integration via Bitfocus Companion for hardware GO.
- · Live sync to every connected operator desk through Cloudflare Durable Objects.
- · Talent message overlay with required-ACK confirmation on the stage display.
Why this matters
A show caller's job is to make decisions in seconds, not minutes. Every interaction in CueHound's Show Caller is built around that: a single key to advance, a single key to standby, a single chord to message talent. No mouse-hunt, no menu, no AI dialogue interrupting the flow. The AI Pacing Copilot waits in the wings and surfaces only as a diff card when there's actually something to decide. The cue engine itself is local and deterministic — cloud is for collaboration, never in the cue-fire path.
